Thank you for your continued patience as we address ongoing issues with our newly installed Christ Alpha C173 Automatic car wash, which has been out of order since February 2025. We are actively collaborating with our suppliers, Wilcomatic Wash Systems, and manufacturers, Christ Wash Systems, to promptly identify and resolve the problems.
Additionally, our hurricane vacuum cleaner has been non-operational for over a year and remains out of service. During our hand car wash operating hours, Monday to Saturday from 08:30 to 17:30 and Sunday from 10:00 to 16:00, please feel free to inquire about the availability of our smaller vacuum cleaners. We understand your concerns regarding the extended downtime of the new car wash and assure you that we are working diligently to restore it to full operation as quickly as possible. We will provide an update once the servicing checks and repairs have been completed by our manufacturers and suppliers.
In the interim, our hand car wash and valeting services are fully operational and available for your convenience. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon with positive news.
